What the leads look like

Every enquiry comes from a landlord who has completed a five-step form on this site: purpose (single remortgage, portfolio, limited company, capital raise, HMO or let-to-buy), property postcode, value, current balance, monthly rent, current lender and deal end date, ownership structure, number of properties, income, credit position, timescale, and contact details with explicit consent to be contacted by a named broker. No incentives, no prize draws, no "free valuation" bait. People fill it in because their deal is ending.

How we work with brokers

• Exclusive. Each lead goes to one firm. We do not sell the same enquiry three times.
• Named in the consent. Your firm is named on the form and in our privacy notice, so the landlord knows who will call before they press send. Contact is expected.
• Delivered instantly. By email, or straight into your CRM by webhook.
• Specialists preferred. Limited company, portfolio and HMO enquiries go to brokers with a track record in them, not to the next name on a list.

What we ask in return

• Whole-of-market access to buy-to-let lenders, including the specialist intermediary-only lenders.
• FCA authorisation for any regulated business, and full disclosure of your fees to the client up front.
• First contact within one working day of receiving the lead.
• A short note on the outcome of each lead, so we can keep improving the quality.

Fees

We work on either a fixed fee per qualified lead or a share of your procuration and client fees on completion, depending on volume and your preference. Email us and we will send the details and current availability by region.
