Your buy-to-let fixed rate is ending. Don't drift onto the variable rate.
Tell us about the property and we match you with a broker who does buy-to-let remortgages every week: single lets, portfolios, limited companies, HMOs. They call you back with real options, usually within one working day.

Why a broker, and why one who only does buy-to-let
Your own lender will offer you a product transfer. It is easy, and it is often not the best deal. A whole-of-market buy-to-let broker compares it against forty-plus lenders, including the ones you cannot go to directly, and knows which of them will take your rent, your company structure and your portfolio.
Lenders you can't reach yourself
Most specialist buy-to-let lenders only work through brokers. That is where limited-company, HMO, portfolio and "unusual" cases get placed, and where the rental-cover calculations are most generous.
The fee versus rate sum done properly
Buy-to-let deals often carry big arrangement fees (2%, 3%, even more) to buy down the rate. Whether that is worth it depends on your loan size and how long you keep the deal. A broker runs the numbers; our calculator lets you check.
One broker, not a list
We pass your enquiry to one broker chosen for your kind of case. Not ten firms, not a call centre. Their fee arrangement is agreed with you directly and disclosed up front.
What are you trying to do?
Each of these has its own lenders and its own rules. Pick the one that fits and we will explain what to expect before you speak to anyone.

Is this free?
Yes. You pay us nothing. The broker pays us a fee for the introduction, which does not change what you pay them. Many buy-to-let brokers charge a fee of their own on completion; they tell you what it is before you commit to anything.
Are you a mortgage broker?
No. We are an introducer. We do not give advice and we do not arrange mortgages. We pass your enquiry to one broker who specialises in buy-to-let and they take it from there.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, any postcode. The brokers we work with are whole-of-market and deal with lenders across the UK, including the specialist lenders who only work through brokers.
My property is owned by a limited company. Can you help?
Yes, and it is one of the most common enquiries we get. Limited-company buy-to-let is a specialist market with its own lenders and its own paperwork. Tell us in the form and we match you accordingly. Limited company guide.
I have several properties. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes which lenders are suitable. With four or more mortgaged buy-to-lets you are a portfolio landlord and lenders look at the whole portfolio, not just the one property. We match you with a broker who does portfolio work. Portfolio guide.
How long before my deal ends should I start?
Six months. Most lenders let you lock in a new rate up to six months ahead, and a remortgage to a new lender takes four to eight weeks. Starting late means weeks on the standard variable rate, which on a £200,000 loan can cost £500 or more a month extra.
